Gem\u00e4\u00df IVDR Artikel 56 und Anhang XIII muss sie die wissenschaftliche G\u00fcltigkeit, die analytische und die klinische Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit umfassend belegen. Zentrale Parameter sind Sensitivit\u00e4t, Spezifit\u00e4t und Pr\u00e4zision. Der Performance Evaluation-Bericht ist integraler Bestandteil der Technischen Dokumentation (Technical Documentation) und muss kontinuierlich im Rahmen der Marktbeobachtung (PMS) aktualisiert werden. F\u00fcr Klasse-D-IVDs ist zus\u00e4tzlich eine Leistungsstudie vor der Markteinf\u00fchrung verpflichtend.
